By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Aerenium, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
These Terms apply to all users regardless of license tier. You confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Aerenium is a desktop tool that integrates large language models, speech services, desktop automation, and other capabilities. The Software connects to third-party AI providers under their own terms. We do not control their outputs.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Feature availability may change over time.
The Software operates locally on your device. We do not require account creation for basic use. Conversation logs, memory, and settings are stored locally. We do not collect or have access to this data unless you explicitly share it.
When you use LLM features, your prompts may be transmitted to third-party API providers. You should review their privacy policies.
You assume full responsibility for:
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to use any output. We disclaim all liability for AI-generated content.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law. Subscription codes are single-use and bound to your device hardware ID.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Your rights are defined by your specific license tier. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may terminate by uninstalling the Software and cancelling any subscriptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerethis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
